Any successful project is based on detailed and timely project planning and coordinated control and management of processes and events.
We offer, on behalf of the customer and in the best interests of the customer, to ensure the project management of construction projects of energy production facilities in order to achieve the set goals, including compliance with costs and timeframes, including starting monitoring and coordination of the construction project development process, as well as at the construction project stage, including:
• Representation of the Customer's interests;
• Construction project implementation deadlines and cost planning;
• Construction project implementation costs, calendar schedule and quality control;
• Risk assessment and management during the construction project implementation process;
• Term and quality control of construction works to be performed within the framework of the construction project, as well as assembly of technological equipment;
• Commissioning of the energy production facility to be built or reconstructed within the construction project;
